Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation of Workshops
1.1 Notification for Cancellation: To cancel your workshop, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop date and time.
1.2 Eligibility for Rescheduling or Refund: If you provide the required 48 hours' notice, you will qualify for either rescheduling the workshop or receiving a refund for the payment made.
1.3 Late Notification: If you notify us less than 48 hours before the workshop date and time, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate a reschedule or provide a refund.
1.4 Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel workshops, providing you with 2 weeks' notice.
1.5 Options for Rescheduling or Refund: If we cancel a workshop, we will offer you the option to either reschedule or receive a refund.
1.6 Failure to Notify: If the date of the cancelled workshop passes and you haven't informed us within 24 hours of your choice, you will lose the right to have that workshop rescheduled or refunded.
2. Cancellation of Events/Birthday Bookings
2.1 Notification for Cancellation: To cancel your event or birthday booking, you must notify us at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled event date.
2.2 Cancellation Terms:
· More than 4 weeks prior to the event: You can receive a refund of 50% of your deposit.
· Less than 4 weeks prior to the event: You will lose your deposit entirely.
2.3 Reason for Deposit Retention: The deposit is never 100% refundable due to the loss of potential bookings for that date and the administrative work involved in processing your booking.
3. Missed Workshops or Events
3.1 If you miss a workshop because you did not attend, we will not provide a refund or allow rescheduling for that Service.
4. Return of Goods
4.1 Refund Eligibility: We offer a refund to customers who notify us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they wish to cancel.
4.2 Return Process: Once notified, customers have an additional 7 days to return the items.
4.3 Processing Refunds: We will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
4.4 Exclusions: No reason for cancellation is required; however, personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are received in a faulty or damaged condition.
4.5 Return Postage: Please note that return postage is covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
5. General Provisions
5.1 Acknowledgment of Policy: By making a booking or participating in our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Return and Cancellation Policy.

6. Refund Process
6.1 If a refund is applicable under any section of this policy, we will process the refund through the original payment method used for the booking within a reasonable timeframe.
